I'm now reading another Brad Thor novel: State of the Union.
For some reason I'm just into this genera right now.
Its not the state of world events or news as I have not been following domestic of world news for months now.
I'm looking to read any good Iraq or Afghanistan war novels if available; any recommendations? I'm not interested in any left wing, anti war, tirades!

4 wheeling again yesterday. Monday's ride was so good, John and I just had to take Nancy and Char on it, our across the street neighbors, Gary and Dar went along too; we were out 8 hours! We are planning to go to the coastal dunes in Coos Bay May 7, 8, & 9 with John & Char. The cabin is at a location called, Secret Spring.

I'm starting a new book this afternoon: Path of the Assassin, by Brad Thor. He writes very entertaining techno military thrillers. Good author if one likes this genera.

New Toy!
Gun Show this weekend in Klamath Falls.
I picked up a beautiful, and completely useless, XP-100 chambered in 6 PPC. This rig is strictly a ultra precision Bench Rest shooter. One quarter inch, five shot groups, at one hundred yards, if one does everything correctly. It comes with dozens of ancillary gadgets and tools to support it; all hand made by a master craftsman. As a set it is a mechanical work of art!

Hi, I'm back again!
It seemed no one was reading so I just lost interest.
I'll try again for a few postings to see what happens.
I have been busy with some consulting work down in southern California late last year and early this year, the Orion Program for NASA, the Crew Excursion Module.
The new Spring/Summer season is upon us and Nancy and I are already out and about on our ATV'S riding the hills and mountains around us. Nancy has a new Yamaha Grizzly 700 II to ride and loves it.
Our Silhouette club will be starting up again in a couple of weeks, I'll make posting on that as we go along.
This is all I have for starters, I hope to hear from anyone who happens to stumble by,
Philip
