Super Adventurer

Richard Halliburton a super adventurer traveld the world for some 15 to 20 years after graduating from Prinston University in the 1920's.

           He was born in Tennessee to a wealthy family.  He gained quite some fame as a writer and lecturer on his early travels.

He wrote several books on his travels of which I have read as many as four or more.  My favorite is the subject of this post:

Flying Carpet Expedition.

I seriously recommend it to anyone reading this post that loves a great and true adventure story with many connections to real historical adventures and adventurers.
